Honda CB Trigger Motorbike is now available in Pakistan and Bangladesh while in India it was replaced by new Honda CB Hornet 2.0 motorcycle. The CB Trigger was provided with digital instrument panel, LED tail lamps and alloy-wheels. The buyers were allowed to select either disc or drum brake models. This is a powerful machine that gives confident to the rider while riding it. A 150cc single cylinder engine that can produce 13.81bhp at 8500rpm and 12.5Nm of torque at 6500rpm. To provide improved mileage Five-speed transmission is available on this machine. For comfortable riding monoshock suspension is fitted at the rear sector. Meanwhile the motorcycle can be easily controlled by the rider. The viscous air filter is provided in the air-flow system which will make the replacement interval longer than the conventional air filters. Honda Trigger is a good motorcycle but the problem is it doesn’t meet the BS-VI standards to be sold in India.
Honda CB Trigger replaced the earlier Honda model Dazzler. Later it was replaced by Hornet 160R and this model too was replaced by Hornet 2.0 BS-VI model in India. In the Indian Two Wheeler market 150cc FZ and Pulsar models are competing with the Honda 150cc models. So Honda came with 184cc Hornet 2.0. In the year 2020 Honda Twister, Stunner, Unicorn 150, Unicorn Dazzler and Honda Trigger motorbikes were not upgraded to BS-VI. So they are automatically disqualified to be sold in India.
