Yamaha R15 Price.
Yamaha R15 Motorbike was first launched in the year 2008 under the model name YZF-R15 for the India Two Wheeler market. R15 is one of the good entry level motorcycles which is perfect for the beginners. In the meantime it looks like a large motorbike with its fairing and other fittings. This model became an instant hit with the motorbike riders all over the world. Later in the year 2011, Yamaha YZF-R15.was unveiled as the R15 Version 2.0 in the Indian market. It is considered as one of the best motorbikes in the 150 cc class. Its 4-stroke Engine comes with liquid-cooling, fuel injection that can provide 17 PS of power at 8500 RPM and 15 Nm of torque at 7500 RPM. In 2017 Yamaha introduced the Indian model (Not available with up-side down front suspension). Yamaha YZF-R15 Ver 3.0 Now it is available in Sri Lanka market too. This was released in the year 2018 with upside down front forks. In the year 2019 R-15 V3.0 was released in India without the UPS forks in the front. According to available news, the Yamaha YZF-R15 Ver 2.0 is discontinued in India as it is manufactured under BS-IV norms. Meanwhile the older model as first generation Yamaha R15S is still available for sale in many countries. There will be no problem in getting spare parts for the YZF-R15 Ver 2.0 and for the Yamaha R15S motorbike models from the official dealers. Currently in Asia there are two versions of Yamaha R 15 is available for sale. They are Indonesian model and Indian version. There is not much difference in these Motorbikes. Indian one is little heavy in weight while Indonesian one is coming with inverted forks in the front suspension.

Yamaha R15 V 4.0 Motorbike is ready to be announced in India.
R15 Available models: R15 ver 2.0, R15 ver 3.0(Not in India), and R15 ver 3.0 (BS-VI).
V2.0 and V3.0 models are cheaper than the BS-VI models and this bike's emission is far clean than the previous model. In Sri Lanka BS4 models are allowed to be imported as they are legal. BS6 is nearly equal to Euro 5 emission norms. As of October2020 there is a small delay in Yamaha motorcycle and scooter delivery as production in India is low due to the affect of the Corona Virus Infection.
